I'm a bloglines user too and have never seen newsgator, but I have read somewhere that it's supposed to be better (picks up feeds faster). It just seems like too much hassle to change over me when bloglines does the job just fine.
*UPDATE* I checked out Newsgator, and I must say I'm a fan! I've been using it for a week now, and it's very easy, very fast, and very well put together. I'd recommend it!

I am also a Bloglines user and am perfectly happy with it. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing.

I'm so glad you asked! I've been contemplating bloglines for a while, but haven't taken the plunge. I'll be checking out newsgator now too!
